What is Company Dissolution?

Company dissolution (also known as "striking off") is the process of officially removing your company from the Companies House register. When choosing to dissolve your company, there are certain legal obligations you must fulfill. Right Accountancy’s Company Dissolution service is here to help you navigate this process and ensure everything is completed smoothly and efficiently.

How It Works:

Dissolving your company is simple when you follow these steps:

1. Place Your Order: Choose the company dissolution service that suits your needs.
2. We Handle the Documentation: We’ll complete all the necessary forms and documentation required for dissolving your company.
3. Confirmation from Companies House: Once we submit your dissolution request, you’ll receive an email from Companies House (within 3-4 working days for the Standard Service, or within 24 hours for the Express Service, excluding weekends and bank holidays).
4. Sign into Companies House: Follow the link in the email to sign into (or register) a Companies House account. You will need to enter your Company Number and Authentication Code (which can be found in your Companies House account).
5. Sign the Application: Once logged in, you’ll be prompted to sign the application. Simply tick the checkbox under the declaration and click the green 'Sign the application' button.
6. Return Signed Documents: After you sign, we’ll send the documents over to you and any other directors for signature.
7. Final Submission: Once all documents are signed and returned, we will file them with Companies House on your behalf.
8. Confirmation: Companies House will email you within 2 working days to confirm whether your submission has been accepted or rejected.
