If you’re choosing to close your company, it’s important to meet all legal obligations, and that’s where we come in. How It Works:

1. Place Your Order: Choose the company dissolution service package that suits your needs.
2. Documentation Preparation: We’ll complete all the required paperwork for dissolving your company.
3. Sign-in to Companies House: You’ll receive an email from Companies House (within 3-4 working days for the Standard Service, or 24 hours for the Express Service, excluding weekends and bank holidays).
4. Sign the Application: Follow the instructions in the email to log in or register with Companies House, enter your company number and authentication code, and sign the application.
5. Sign and Return Documents: Once signed, send the documents back to us. We’ll handle the rest.
6. Filing with Companies House: We’ll file the dissolution documents on your behalf, and Companies House will email you within 2 working days to confirm acceptance or rejection.
